Gary Vaynerchuk - My CNBC Power Lunch appearance
What do you think?
In his heart, I do not think that Gary is a "foul-mouthed-drunken-sailor". He certainly can do 650+ WLTVs without having to constantly curse; this all comes back to monetization and Gary is now moving into "media for the masses". There can be nothing more traditional than the printed word, and he must be cognizant of that if he wants to maximize book sales. Based on the WSJ article, this deal with Harper is more of a partnership whereby its to Gary's advantage to have books sell because that's where he's really going to make the money on the deal.
If you don't like Gary's style..don' t buy the book.
Nonetheless my overall point is I don't believe cursing is essential and integral to Gary's message; which as he has often preached is about content.
Congrats, keep it up! :)
@MatthewLoop
congrats!
@successfool
Keep on crushing it!
Congrats, Gary!
I think I speak for all your fans when I say "Congrats, we're very proud."
It's crunch time!

My husband and I went to Las Vegas a couple of weeks ago. We noticed that Zappos had freeway dedicated signs on the way into Vegas. Good idea.
Presales with future Jets owner signature? hahaha
I'll buy one right now

I am very happy for you getting the book deal. If you ever need a ghost writer don't hesitate to ask me.
Look forward to your next chapter.

Gary has attracted this by having such a huge platform - and his example is one authors need to follow!
I have blogged this and done a video response to the deal here
