Awesome re-tweet, Gary. It is very true and people (I'm usually one of them) expect instantaneous results or some kind of quick gratification...like a drug. Passion and patience pull you through every time. When I first launched my TV show, I never thought it was going to make it onto ABC...but it did.

Building business is indeed about doing rather than not doing but personality has a lot to do with it too. You engage with people on a personal level as well as a professional level, yet you still keep the focus on the work at hand. People deal with people, not ideas. VERY COOL. This message came at the perfect time. I actually just set up my plans today to deal with the fact that less than 10% of people win the thirty day challenge (a challenge to make your 1st dollar online)... which got me thinking.. this could take 10x longer than I expected. It could be a long and hard road. I prepared for that and it was really cold, but you said it - you fight for every inch of ground and you'll make it. Thanks Man.

I loved your show, but the love has ended. Erik Marcus, the guy who sent you the Vegan.com shirt is an author and one of the friendliest activist out there. Your show and his show I hold in the highest regards. He is to the vegan podcast movement what your are to the wine vid-cast movement. I don't appreciate you making fun of him by wearing that shirt and eating bacon. I'm done with your show, but will check back occasionally to see if you if you decide to do a Vegan Wine Tasting show some day. My heart is hurt man.

Excellent post.. "More than Zero" is a great way of labeling the phenomenon of stacking constant small improvements to get where you want to go. The Japanese have been using this idea..they call it Kaizen..with great success in manufacturing for years. This is why Toyota is dominating while GM, Ford, and Chrysler continue to look for huge changes to quickly get back on top. The secret is that Toyota has been making micro changes for 30 years....and THEY ADD UP!
