Who designed your theme? It looks great. Could use a bit more color, but I really like the layout.

I believe Jacob Bijani designed Gary's theme...

This is awesome. Its cool that you have this effect on people Gary. Being real does pay off. Thats what people want. You are a great example of what people should try to be more like when trying to create a name for themselves on the web.

    Gary,

I love your stuff. Do you want to do a Video Story on your trip to Miami next week? I am in Boca Raton and would love to document your trip here on video.

I just watched Gary's videos today for the first time because I saw him on 1938media.com. I knew about him, but I had never seen any of his videos. I will be coming back.

Negative feedback is the best kind in my opinion. You need to learn why some people may see you differently before you can improve your personal brand.

I didn't know this site was actually on tumblr. That's awesome Gary (and whoever did the site).

    Gary,

A clear goal is to make a great first impression on everyone. However, people often form judgments from afar. I credit you Gary for what you do and the energy you bring to the table. I also want to credit this person who had a negative view of you, at first, and took the time to watch your videos and see that his original opinions were unfounded. Admitting a mistake is difficult to do.

Furthermore, how you are so receptive to criticism is awesome, as you see value in learning from criticism and trying to improve your personal brand and relationships with people. Keep up the excellent work.

I too initially thought Gary was this obnoxious tool looking for his 15 minutes. However since that time, I have gotten to know him through his his sharing of his life through the various tools. Now I have nothing but respect and admiration for the guy.

Hey Gary what's the best process you know to help identify your passion? I've started so many things and am now spread quite thin.

Good news is they make money. Bad news is there's too many of the damn opportunities.

So I'm not sure how to pick the right venture, but I know I NEED to in order to get into mega-hustle mode.

    Please advise.

I've been asking this for months and still no answer or reply, can anyone enlighten me on why Gary Vaynerchuk is using Tumblr for his Blog/Website?
